FWM believes that protecting the security of your privacy and confidentially of your personal information is very important. Agents: FWM may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links) and providing Internet security. These agents have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but they are contractually obligated to protect the information and may not use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers: As FWM continues to develop its business, it might sell or buy companies, subsidiaries, or business units. FWM reserves the right to resolve system problems using means including, but not limited to, examining accounting logs and other records, accessing an account's mailbox and any other means necessary to ensure proper functioning of the system. FWM does not guarantee the security of any data on the system including data transmitted using secure servers. FWM assumes no liability for the loss of private or confidential material. You should be aware that no computer system/network is completely safe from system failures or intrusions by unauthorized parties, and therefore no sensitive material should be passed through the network.


FWM retains personal information gathered for three (3) years. After information is obtained, your information is stored in FWM's computer system. That information is used to respond to any inquiries by you, to customize the Site, to respond to any governmental or other inquiries, for other purposes identified in this Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.


FWM encourages parents and guardians to be aware of and participate in their children's online activities. FWM strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from any child under the age of 13 in any manner that violates this law.


The Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. FWM has not investigated your third party sites and is not responsible for the collection or use of your personal information or Anonymous Information at any third party sites. Therefore, FWM disclaims any liability for any third party's use of your personal information or Anonymous Information obtained through using the third party website.


This Privacy Policy shall be governed by Indiana law, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.


FWM reserves the exclusive right, at its discretion, to update, change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Site and this Privacy Policy. The effective date of the latest version of the Privacy Policy, as stated below, indicates the last time the policy was materially modified. Checking the effective date below allows you to determine whether there have been material modifications since the last time he or she reviewed the policy.

The Privacy Policy was last materially modified on December 1, 2006.
