Quality Assurance Supervisor Opportunity:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will manage the personnel and operations of the Inspection departments at all Fort Wayne facilities; serve as a quality assurance resource for the Quality department, the Company, and for customers; and to ensure adherence to Fort Wayne Metals’ quality policy throughout production. This position is responsible for the monitoring of, the adherence to, and the update of Fort Wayne Metals' quality policy for production and quality testing.
The successful candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering or a related field, at least 3 years experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment, quality auditing experience, experience with Minitab, and have training within a problem solving discipline; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Titanium Engineer:
This position will serve as the Titanium subject matter expert for LABECA, the company, and for customers; develop, monitor and refine processes in order to produce high quality Titanium products that meet cost and efficiency requirements, monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of Titanium processes through testing, observation and measurement as well as by collecting and interpreting data from other technical and operating personnel. Qualified candidates will possess Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science or other related degree, minimum of 5 years experience in Titanium processing required and knowledge of metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) operation, and general metallurgical testing and analytical procedures required.
