Fort Wayne Metals Establishes a Direct Sales Organization in Europe.

February 13, 2004 — Since 1998, Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corporation (FWM) product has been represented throughout Eastern and Western Europe by 2Spring in Oirschot, The Netherlands. During this period, both companies have grown and mutually benefited from this relationship. However, as the 2Spring agency grew with the addition of new representatives and principal suppliers and Fort Wayne Metals expanded with the addition of a new manufacturing plant in Castlebar, Ireland and more technical products, it has become evident that a restructure is necessary to better support these changes.

Accordingly, effective February 29, 2004, FWM will conclude the existing sales representation relationship with the 2Spring Agency and establish a direct sales organization that will focus entirely on its own product and manufacturing operation in Ireland.
